Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

You will be provided with a return label when you request a return.

U.S. buyers will pay $5.99 for a return label

Canadian buyers will pay $15.99 for a return label

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back in the the original packaging to prevent any damage to the item on its return back to us.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, contact us at fetch.the.paper.ads@gmail.com or follow the return prompts on your order page.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- An advertisement is not returned in the condition it was sent out in
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days of receiving the returned package. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days of our notification to you, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for that credit to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fetch-the-paper-ads@gmail.com.

Shipping the ad back to us 

Go to your orders page and request a return. Follow the prompts through the return gateway and a label will be provided for you to affix to your package.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fetch the Paper LLC, P.O. Box 106 , Leslie, MI, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ($5.99 for U.S. buyers and $15.99 for Canadian buyers)

We recommend using a track-able shipping service with delivery confirmation and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
